Prior to joining Enness as Marketing Manager, Alina worked in a digital marketing role at an asset management firm. With extensive experience in finance and tech industries, Alina brings her knowledge that helps to manage all digital and traditional marketing streams. Being originally from Russia, Alina adds the understanding of culture and Russian language to the team.

In her free time she likes to travel and explore new places to eat out.

Finance Manager

Steven comes to us with a breath of cross business experience having worked for 15 years in Accounting across a variety of corporate, boutique and legal firms. Having discovered an early passion for mathematics and numbers he has carried this forward to become a vital part of the team here at Enness.

Sandy Persaud

Sales Coordinator

With 13 years experience within the financial industry under her belt, Sandy is fully equipped to take on the role of Sales Coordinator here at Enness. From Mortgage Administration to Completions Manager, Sandy’s worked for brokerages including Alexander Hall, Knight Frank and Radcliff & Newlands. In her spare time, you can find Sandy catching up with sports results, reading fiction novels, travelling and experiencing different food and culture.

Nikita Oppan

Operations Executive Assistant

After graduating from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 in Sociology, Nikita thrives in all things organised at Enness as an Operations Executive Assistant. Having completed internships in broker relations and global client management, Nikita has plenty of relevant experience on the financial side—but she’s also a strong contender in any Enness bake-off. Outside of work, Nikita can be found browsing for pictures of cakes to inspire her next bake.

Enness - Johanna Hawkins

Tomasz Wozniak at Enness Global Mortgages helped my wife and I to secure a mortgage at a competitive rate at a time when the main high street lenders were unable to assist.

My situation was that I was just returning to employment after a long career break caring for a terminally ill relative. We approached Enness Global Mortgages, and on the strength of  a job offer I had received,  Tomasz was able to  to put us in touch with a lender who was willing to consider our particular circumstances (including skills, work experience etc) , using a person rather than just leaving everything to an abstract computer decision making process

Tomasz was absolutely invaluable in advising us, and helping us through the application process and also in liaising with underwriters where necessary to ensure our mortgage process was completed efficiently.

Johanna Hawkins

Compliance Officer

After graduating with a law degree from Cardiff University, Johanna was looking for a new challenge to test her problem solving skills and joined Enness as a Compliance Analyst in 2016.

She comes to Enness with an excitement for the compliance industry and a combination of skills from her degree and customer service experience at Foxtons’ New Business department.

Outside of work, Johanna is keen on fitness; she has recently completed her first Tough Mudder and ran the London Half Marathon in aid of London Air Ambulance last year.

Enness Lindsey Sprake

Lindsey Sprake

Head of Operations

Lindsey was born in Zimbabwe before relocating to South Wales, where her family originated. She now lives in Barking, London.

At university Lindsey studied Performing Arts, obtaining a bachelor’s degree.

After graduation she began to work at a full IFA service provider as an administrative assistant. Her progression within this company was quick – she was made Head of Mortgage Administration.

After working here for eleven years and her director retiring, Lindsey sought a new challenge, finding her way to the vibrancy of the growing Enness team.

Her varied experience has placed her in good stead and she’s an integral part of the Enness team as Head of Operations.

Lindsey’s favourite area of London is Shoreditch and she likes to visit Nandos when she’s feeling naughty.
