At only 18 years old, Joe is our youngest recruit. But don’t be fooled, he’s clued up on the sales landscape with experience as a Sales Executive within the precious metal industry. Having studied Economics, History and English Literature, Joe is eager to make waves within the broking world and we’re super excited to see what the future holds for him at Enness Global Mortgages.

Alexander Robertson

Trainee Mortgage Broker

Alexander joins us as a Trainee Mortgage Broker having previously worked in political PR. With a degree in Business and a specialisation in Sales and Marketing from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Montreaux, Switzerland, Alexander understands the elite customer relations landscape incredibly well and has taken to the role like a duck to water. In his spare time, you can find Alexander playing real tennis (Google it), shooting, running, playing squash and lawn tennis. If that wasn’t enough, he is also a qualified ski instructor, race coach and disabled instructor. He has also travelled to over 30 countries, which makes him a perfect fit for us here at Enness Global Mortgages. We’re delighted to have Alexander on the team.

Guy Jones

Trainee Mortgage Broker

Expanding our Client Services team further, we welcome Guy Jones who joins Enness as a Trainee Mortgage Broker after a successful year working for several start ups, Sweatcoin and Evode Group. Alongside his Ancient History degree at Reading University , Guy captained his uni Rugby team with the occasional ski trip thrown in. If he’s not speeding down a mountain you can spot him jet setting to the likes of Vietnam, New Zealand, Bali or Sri Lanka. Bringing his confidence and leadership skills to Enness, we’re delighted to have Guy on our team.

Emma Ralph

Client Services Team Leader

Emma joined Enness after a successful stint in the Kent Police force, developing a strong set of organisational skills as an HR assistant and Administration Clerk. A self-professed lover of both cats and books, Emma makes the most of her long commutes by keeping up with her reading.

With a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration and the CEFS Finance Certificate, Emma’s qualifications and experience make her an ideal fit to lead the Client Services department.
