Over how many years – 5 years

Benefit: Good if client doesn’t have income but has an investment portfolio – can use investment portfolio as income using the HNW exemption for affordability.

 

No AUM Product

LTV % 60% (no max loan)

Rate – 3% plus 3 month LIBOR

Over how many years – 5 years

Benefit: No assets under management required.

 

No Rights to Reside Product

Rate – 1.49% 2 year fixed

Over how many years – 2 years

Benefit: Ideal product for an individual with no permanent rights to reside in the UK.

 

The High LTV Product

LTV % 80% (75% of the property value interest only and 5% capital and interest) – £2m max

Rate – 2.39% 5 year fixed or 2 year fixed 1.99%

Over how many years – 5 years

Benefit: High LTV over £1m borrowing – large amount of the loan on interest only. Can use clients share of net profits from their business for affordability, not just their drawings. Allows them to potentially borrow a lot more.
