The Enness team is delighted to have hosted another successful summer party, with over 200 guests from across Europe in attendance. The party was hosted at THIRTY NINE Monte Carlo, a favourite spot of the Enness team in the principality.
Fortunately, the predicted rain failed to appear, leaving guests free to enjoy an evening of canapes, drinks and networking on the terrace. Guests were also treated to an exclusive copy of Enness’ new book, the Global High Net Worth mortgage guide, which will be available soon.
Guest Susie Hollands, CEO and founder of estate agency VINGT Paris, commented: “I was thrilled to attend and made the trip especially from Paris. It was a lovely event and brought the banking and real estate and wealth management industries together under one roof in a convivial environment but one where plenty of business could be done.”
Managing Director, Hugh Wade-Jones, is delighted with the success of the evening. “With over 200 people in attendance, this was a hugely proud evening for Islay and I. We have big plans internationally in the coming months, and the party was confirmation that we have the momentum needed to execute these.”
Since its launch in February 2017, the Enness International team has gone from strength to strength. With a base of brokers in London and dedicated business development staff forging new relationships across the region, the team is excited for what the rest of 2018 will bring.
“We’re in a very positive position,” Hugh continues. “We’ve advised on the financing of some truly exceptional properties, from office spaces in Monaco to prestigious villas in Cannes, and we’re pleased to have found solutions for some very challenging cases.
And the momentum continues to build: with the timely addition of some new members of staff, enquiries have more than doubled from Q1 to Q2. Of course, the buoyant market in France is a great help, but this uplift also stands as testament to the fantastic work carried out by the International team in both the UK and Monaco offices.”
